• Information you give us. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message. If you create an account we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• Automatic information. Like most websites, our server and hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the visit, for security and to keep the site running.
• Data stored in your own browser. Your dark/light mode choice, preferred unit system and any items you enter in the BOQ builder are saved in your browser’s local storage so they are there next time. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it from your browser settings.

• To reply to your messages and support requests.
• To create and manage your account.
• To protect the website against spam, abuse and security problems.
• To understand which pages are useful and to improve the website.
